Andrea DelBene
Andrea DelBene is an MBA candidate at the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business in New York City, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. She is a Board Member of the Zicklin Investment Club, and a co-founder of 55 Lex Investments, the first graduate student-run investment fund at Baruch. Currently, Andrea is interning for Vornado Realty Trust in the Financial Planning & Analysis division, as well as the SEC Reporting division.
Prior to business school, Andrea worked as a producer for a successful startup and a feature film. She also spent three years working on the sets of numerous television shows and major motion pictures. At SkyView, Andrea has leveraged her filmmaking skills to communicate real estate projects with Chinese investors. Most recently, she filmed Mayor Ras J. Baraka of Newark, NJ in a promotional video that was presented to investors at SkyView’s January 2017 U.S. Investment Forum in Zhongshan, China.
Christina Cheung
Christina Cheung has been instrumental in developing practices and procedures to further the mission, value and strategic vision of SkyView. She is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in Human Resource Management/Labor Studies and Employment Relations. A focus of her studies was “Diversity in the Workplace” as well as “Law and the Workplace” in which she received a concentration in both. At Skyview, Christina provides human resources support and feedback to maintain a positive global workforce that encourages the full use of diverse global talent. She also facilitates knowledge management to maximize the intellectual assets of the firm.
