Min Chan, Esq.
SkyView Property Advisors and EB-5 Regional Center is a real estate services firm founded by Min Chan, a prominent EB-5 attorney who has been featured in China Daily, The Real Deal, The New York Times, EB-5 Investors Magazine and other publications. Min was born in Fuzhou in Fujian Province, China as the daughter of a real estate developer. She was educated in New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Since 1998, Min is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She has co-authored the book Roaming the Virtual Law Library (Law Press, 2004) and has taught at Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Fujianese and Cantonese. Her team includes a local staff that operates from an office based in Shanghai and Zhongshan.
Michael V. McClary
With over 40 years of international diplomacy, Michael McClary is a retired U.S. federal executive with the Department of Energy. Mr. McClary graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served in the U.S. Army in Germany and Vietnam. He also has a Master’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California. Mr. McClary is an American patriot and an adventurer who excels at solving problems, whether in the international community or his own community. He enjoys traveling and learning about business and cultures around the world.
LAMONT BLACKSTONE
Lamont Blackstone is the principal of G.L. Blackstone & Associates, an urban commercial real estate consulting company. With over 25 years of experience in real estate and finance, Mr. Blackstone is the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Lamont also served as the Chief Investment Officer for The Retail Initiative, Inc., the America’s first real estate equity investment fund focused on inner-city commercial development projects. He is a graduate of The Wharton School with an MBA in Finance and Real Estate.
